Sugar Market 24.4 (March 12, 2024)

Feature Enhancements
  • Updated SugarCRM connector: A new version of the SugarCRM connector is now available: V2.2. This version includes a series of enhancements to the Buyer's Journey iframe.
    • Updated user interface: The user interface for the iframe has been updated, making it smoother than ever to work across SugarCRM and Sugar Market.
    • Seamless email preview: You can now preview emails in the iframe without the need to log in to Sugar Market.
    • Streamlined setup: Updates and initial setup for the iframe no longer require an iframe URL.
  • Improved recipient count calculations: You can now calculate the number of included and excluded recipients in the "Recipients Review" section of the "Confirm" email builder step.
  • View source HTML of text elements: You can now view the source HTML of text elements in the email builder via the edit options of text elements.
  • Enhanced preference list import: We have revamped the preference list import process, including faster processing speeds and improved failure handling to ensure the import process continues even if some records fail to import.
  • Netsuite connector validation: We have validated the Netsuite connector to ensure it supports Netsuite's latest release 2024.1.
Fixed Issues

The following reported issues have been fixed in this release. Case portal users can use the following link for more details about this issue:

  • 93905: Updates made via form submission to the stock "First Name" and "Last Name" contact fields fail to push to SugarCRM from Sugar Market.
  • 93205: When an existing image in an email template is replaced via the Buyer's Journey iframe, the replaced image fails to appear in the sent email. 
  • 90677: In the "Recipients Review" section of the "Confirm" email builder step, the number of recipients from included distribution lists is sometimes miscalculated. 

Sugar Market 24.3 (Febuary 21, 2024) 

Feature Enhancements
  • Resubscribe leads and contacts from Guarded Watch: Leads and contacts in Guarded Watch can now be sent a resubscription email directly from the list or record view, allowing them to resubscribe and remove themselves from Guarded Watch.
    Note: Using this option assumes you have received explicit consent from the contact to receive communications from you.
  • SugarCRM integration improvements: We have made a series of improvements to help you better understand the state of your sync between Sugar Market and SugarCRM.  
    • Simplified sync status: The SugarCRM sync dashboard has been deprecated and replaced with a simplified sync banner displayed at the top of your SugarCRM Settings page.
    • Improved sync email alerts: The sync alerts delivered via email have been improved, ensuring the reason for the alert and any required actions are clear. 

Sugar Market 24.2 (January 30, 2024)

Feature Enhancements
  • Preference list import enhancements: The preference list import experience has been enhanced with faster processing times and the ability to include up to 10,000 records in a single import file.
  • User interface text improvements: Minor improvements have been made to text displayed in the Preference Lists and Scoring module's user interface.
  • Updated SugarCRM Connector: The SugarCRM Connector has been updated to V2.1 to resolve a Timeline dashlet filter issue.
Fixed Issues

  • 93779: Some date and time formats are not supported in custom reports.

The following issue has been fixed in this release:

  • Date fields, used as a filter in a custom report, can be saved with an invalid date.

Sugar Market 24.1 (January 9, 2024)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in the 24.1 release of Sugar Market: 

  • Email preference management via forms: Your customers can now manage their email subscription preferences directly from a form. Creating an Email Preferences form type now grants you access to the Email Preferences field, letting customers subscribe and unsubscribe from specific email subscription types, and the Unsubscribe form field, letting customers unsubscribe from all email subscription types.
  • Improved email processing: We have improved our email processing infrastructure to help prevent sending failures and delays.
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 93675: Forms with the URL parameters option enabled trigger errors in the form builder.
  • 93612: Some timezone titles are displayed as "undefined" in the Confirm step of the email builder.
  • 92249: When creating Generic Campaign Scoring for a scoring profile, the Scoring Summary option is not disabled when unchecked.

Sugar Market 23.17 (December 14, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following feature has been deployed in the 23.17 release of Sugar Market: 

  • Updated social buttons element: The Twitter logo has been updated in the Social Buttons email builder element to reflect the "X" rebranding.
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 92725: Email revision history is inconsistently created when selecting the "Save and Exit" option in the email builder.
  • 91640: Text copied and pasted from an external source into a text element in the email builder applies incorrect styling to the copied text and, in some cases, surrounding text.

The following issue has been resolved for this release:

  • When exiting the preference page builder, the message "Changes you made may not be saved." displays when no changes have been made.

Sugar Market 23.16 (November 28, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 23.16 of Sugar Market: 

  • Conditional form field values: Conditional form field values let you dynamically display specific form field values based on the answer to another field on your form.
  • Import and export preference lists: You can now add contacts to your preference list via import and export your preference list as an Excel file
  • Form accessibility improvements: We have made improvements to the compatibility of our forms with screen readers and have added alerts in the form builder highlighting accessibility best practices. 
  • Deprecation of advanced segmentation list type: The advanced segmentation list type has been deprecated and can no longer be selected in the email builder.
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 93412: Some form submissions are not recorded. 
  • 91847: Images fail to upload in page builder when replacing an image via drag and drop.

The following issues have been resolved for this release:

  • The "Unsubscribe from all emails" checkbox field on the preference page incorrectly remains unchecked for contacts that have unsubscribed from all emails.
  • Minor security issues.

Sugar Market 23.15 (November 2, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 23.15 of Sugar Market:

  • Conditional form fields: Conditional form fields let you dynamically display additional form fields based on the answer to another field on your form.
  • Revamped preference page: You can now customize and brand your Preference Page with a revamped preference page builder.
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 93269: Clicking the Submit button on the Unsubscribe page triggers an error.
  • 93249: Contact and Lead imports fail for some EU customers.
  • 93221: Updates to the stock First Name and Last Name contact fields via a form submission fail to push to SugarCRM from Sugar Market.
  • 93180: Sugar Market fails to push some record field values to synced CRMs. 
  • 92574: Target list data fails to pull from SugarCRM into Sugar Market. 

Sugar Market 23.14 (October 4, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following feature has been deployed in release 23.14 of Sugar Market:

  • SugarCRM integration sync improvements: Sync stability and speed have been improved for the SugarCRM integration. 
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 92861: Dynamic lists fail to sync for some customers.
  • 92811: Updates to the stock First Name and Last Name contact fields via a form submission fail to sync to SugarCRM. 

The following issue has been resolved for this release:

  • Nurture "Conditional Form Question Answer" elements cannot be saved when the form question Value Input is equal to 0.  

Sugar Market 23.13 (September 13, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 23.13 of Sugar Market:

  • Improved email processing: Your emails will now start sending faster with improvements to our email processing infrastructure.
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 92788: CRM sync alerts that require no user action are incorrectly displayed in the CRM Sync Dashboard.
  • 92601: Forms using reCAPTCHA cannot be submitted by visitors in some APAC regions. 

The following issues have been resolved for this release:

  • When "This Week/Month/Quarter" is selected to change the date range displayed in the Global Dashboard, "Last Week/Month/Quarter" is displayed instead in some cases.
  • The Send Date is not displayed correctly in the Email Dashboard for emails sent via copied Nurtures that had a previously set send date that was changed to send immediately. 

Sugar Market 23.12 (August 23, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 23.12 of Sugar Market:

  • Enhanced nurture support: We have made enhancements to our internal Nurture diagnostics tools so we can continue to provide rapid and effective Nurture support.
  • Improved error alerting for email merge tags: There are now enhanced error alerts when recipients cannot fulfill Account or User merge tags in your email. Emails that trigger a merge tag error will now be set to the canceled status rather than the pending status so you can resolve the issue and get your emails out faster.     
  • Deprecation of legacy events: With the recent release of the new Events module, legacy events created before Sugar Market 23.7 are now deprecated and can no longer be accessed. You can still view and manage participants for legacy events by accessing the Events Participant page from the Events module list view.
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 92922: Links in some customers' emails sometimes fail to open for recipients.
  • 92913: The Forward to a Friend email merge tag fails to load for email recipients.
  • 92880: Email recipients cannot click the Submit button on unsubscribe pages when the "Unsubscribe from All" option is selected.
  • 92877: Emails are incorrectly formatted when viewed as a web page. 
  • 92868: The Recipient Overview dashlet does not count canceled emails as a rejected recipient. 
  • 92819: The Asset Library Replace Asset action fails for multiple file types. 
  • 92808: Some customers are unable to export reports to Excel.   
  • 92780: Reports using filters with a Geos operator fail to add contacts as Nurture recipients. 
  • 92747: Some customers experience prolonged loading times for the Global Dashboard and the Emails list view.

The following issues have been resolved for this release:

  • The record view of contacts that do not have an associated email address cannot be opened.
  • Emails that contain Account or User merge tags trigger an unclear error and are incorrectly set as pending when any included recipients cannot fulfill the selected Account or User merge tag values.

Sugar Market 23.11 (August 1, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following feature has been deployed in release 23.11 of Sugar Market:

  • Event export improvements: The format of date values in event participant exports has been improved, making it easier to read.
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 92522: Custom reports with Completed Landing Pages as the Report Category trigger an error when run that incorrectly states no columns are selected.
  • 92335: The Event module Participant Join URL merge tag fails to populate in sent emails.
  • 90757: The Clicks Per Link dashlet in the email dashboard fails to display data for some customers. 
  • 85882: The email builder Full Name merge tag fails to populate in sent emails. 
    Note: This merge tag is no longer available. The First Name and Last Name merge tags can be used together to populate the same value.

The following issue has been resolved for this release:

  • Participants cannot be bulk deleted from events.

Sugar Market 23.10 (July 11, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 23.10 of Sugar Market:

  • Guardrails for custom views: Custom fields actively being used in a custom view cannot be deleted. This guardrail will help prevent issues with custom views and other dependent features. 
  • Guardrails for invalid reports: Reports with invalid Column Names can no longer be added as a recipient list to emails or nurtures. 
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 92517: Previously scheduled emails cannot be added to the nurture Send Email step.
  • 92505: Text fields containing numerical values cannot be filtered using "greater than, less than, or equal to" operators. 
  • 92503: Sugar Market API calls fail for some customers using token-based authentication. 
  • 92479: Sugar Market API calls to get email statistics return incorrect values. 
  • 92456: The Add Event Listener Action modal fails to clarify why an error is triggered when no primary Action is available for the selected Action. 
  • 92347: An error is triggered when syncing users from external CRMs. 
  • 92307: Emails fail to send when using a report that contains a field that starts with a number.
  • 92187: The sync between Sugar Market and SugarCRM incorrectly updates the Status field of lead records. 
  • 91583: Scoring action results with a value of zero are displayed in the Scoring Summary. 
  • 89621: Contact import columns can be mapped to the ContactID field. 

The following issue has been resolved for this release:

  • Some email templates in the Type step of the email builder are not sorted correctly by type.

Sugar Market 23.9 (June 21, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following feature has been deployed in release 23.9 of Sugar Market:

  • Minor user interface improvements: To improve the user interface consistency across Sugar Market, the style and layout of some user interface elements have been updated. 
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 92405: Reports used a recipient list for sent emails cannot be edited. 
  • 92352: The Count column can be added to the Group By tab of advanced reports. 
  • 92333: Some scheduled emails can have a send date that has already occurred, causing issues with sending.
  • 91875: Emails opened in Gmail on mobile devices are formatted incorrectly.
  • 91735: An endless loading loop prevents record type selection for segment filters.
  • 91653: Some customers are unable to access specific email templates.

Sugar Market 23.8 (May 31, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 23.8 of Sugar Market:

  • Track contact usage: From the Administration view, you can now track the total count of active billable contacts in your Sugar Market account.
  • Guardrails for reports used as recipient lists
    • Reports with invalid columns: Invalid reports using Group By columns that do not match the selected report Columns can no longer be added as a recipient list to emails or nurtures.
    • Reports in active email campaigns: Reports that are in use as a recipient list for active email campaigns cannot be edited. 
  • Events improvements:
    • Manage and export participants across all event sessions: You now have the option to manage and export all participants across all the sessions of an event.
    • Increased session limit: You can now have up to 50 sessions at once for each event.
    • Layout and language enhancements: Minor enhancements have been made to the layout and language across the event builder, list, and export file views. 
    • Deletion and archive guardrails: Events that have active sessions cannot be deleted and events with active trigger email campaigns cannot be archived.
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 92087: Changes to the column Display Name in advanced reports cause report processing errors.
  • 92054: Google tag ids cannot be linked to pages.
  • 91437: Users cannot create Contact Alert templates.

The following issues have been resolved for this release:

  • The Marketing Admin - Preference Page permission allows users to edit preference lists.
  • Invalid templates can be used with Alert action elements in nurtures.
  • Minor localization issues.
  • Minor security issues.

Sugar Market 23.7 (May 9, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 23.7 of Sugar Market:

  • Events improvements:
    • Redesigned user interface: The user interface for creating and managing events and participants has been completely redesigned, making it easier than ever to manage your events in Sugar Market.
    • Enhanced session trigger emails: Events session trigger emails now use Email Builder templates.
  • Guardrails for custom field deletion: Custom fields actively being used in a report cannot be deleted. This guardrail will help prevent issues with reports and other features dependent on reports.

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 92102: Pages published by APAC customers are flagged as being insecure to visitors. 
  • 90574: Participant status fails to sync to events synced with GoToWebinar.
  • 85546: Special characters cannot be used in GoToWebinar login credentials when connecting to Sugar Market as a source.

The following issue has been resolved for this release:

  • Minor security issues leveraging permissions.

Sugar Market 23.6 (April 19, 2023)

  • 91806: The sync to integrated CRMs is delayed for some customers. 
  • 91597: Advanced Analytics fails to display current data for some customers. 
  • 91188: Nutures using a report as an inclusion list fail to enroll some contacts from the report. 
  • 90084: Some nurtures fail to publish and remain in a pending status. 
  • 89929: The Alert User nurture step sometimes fails for records without an owner. 
  • 89827: Event members manually added to an event session from the Manage Attendees page fail to sync to integrated CRMs.

Sugar Market 23.5 (March 28, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 23.5 of Sugar Market:

  • Email builder improvements:
    • Improved column and element spacing: You can now easily set independent spacing for each side of an element or column.
    • Sync column spacing: You can now quickly sync the spacing for every column in a row to match the spacing of the column you are editing.
    • Sync row element vertical alignment: You can now quickly sync the vertical alignment for all elements in a row.
    • Larger edit icons: The edit icons displayed when editing elements, columns, and rows have been made larger to make it easier to find the specific option you are looking for. 
  • Faster nurture form submission enrollment: Nurture recipients added via form submission will now be enrolled in the nurture faster, improving the trigger speed of the first action in the nurture.
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 88873: An invalid send schedule can be set for A/B emails causing send failures.
  • 89317: The nurture Form Question conditional element fails to display operator options when a UTM form field is selected as the question.
  • 90584: Some time zones are unavailable when setting the time zone in global settings.
  • 90957: Images and GIFs larger than 1MB cannot be added to an email from the asset library in email builder.
  • 91279: Some time zones are not available when setting the send time for an email.
  • 91303: The nurture Evaluate Field Value conditional element fails to save the field value selected. 
  • 91328: Unable to use the "Equals" and "Does not equal" operators when using a date field as a report filter.
  • 91426: Some nurtures fail to publish and trigger an error.  
  • 91449: Unable to create Advanced Analytics accounts for new users. 
  • 91466: Some emails displayed as sent fail to send to recipients.
  • 91480: Customer Journey failing to appear on lead and contact records for some customers.  
  • 91485: Unable to save emails created directly from a Send Email action element in nurture builder.
  • 91627: An invalid column name can be set when creating a report which causes issues when the report is used as a recipient list in email builder.
  • 91656: The time displayed in dashboards does not correctly account for time zones affected by daylight savings time.
  • 91670: The time displayed setting the send time for an email does not correctly account for time zones affected by daylight savings time. 
  • 91691: The time displayed when setting the send time for an A/B email does not correctly account for time zones affected by daylight savings time.

Sugar Market 23.4 (March 7, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following feature has been deployed in release 23.4 of Sugar Market:

  • Report filter improvements: You can now quickly select Geos from a dropdown field when using the "In geos" and "Not in geos" operators as a report filter. 
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 91268: The geos operator does not function correctly when used in a custom report filter.
  • 91203: Some reports created before Sugar Market 23.1 fail to run when using a custom view as the data source.
  • 91390: Some Advanced Analytics notifications fail to send.
  • 91332: Some customers cannot delete custom fields.
  • 91212: When creating a report, previously selected columns are not displayed as selected in the add columns user interface.

Sugar Market 23.3 (Febuary 14, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 23.3 of Sugar Market:

  • Advanced analytics update: Advanced Analytics, powered by Looker, has been updated. This update includes a revamped user interface and issue fixes.
  • Nurture infrastructure enhancements: The nurture infrastructure has been enhanced, improving speed and stability.

  • 91382: Nurture error performing tasks locks some nurtures in an error state.

Sugar Market 23.2 (January 23, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

The following feature has been deployed in release 23.2 of Sugar Market:

  • Redesigned global navigation: It has never been easier to navigate your way through Sugar Market with a completely redesigned navigation bar.
    • Modern orientation: The navigation bar has moved to the left side of the screen. 
    • Direct and dynamic navigation: When the navigation bar is collapsed, you can readily access essential Sugar Market modules. When needed, you can dynamically expand the navigation bar to view additional modules and see more details.
    • Quick create: You can quickly begin creating marketing assets and records with only a few clicks straight from the navigation bar.

Sugar Market 23.1 (January 10, 2023)

Feature Enhancements

  • Redesigned reporting interface: The user interface for managing and creating reports and advanced reports has been redesigned. This redesign, including an improved workflow for enhanced usability, makes it even easier to report on what you need in Sugar Market.

  • 90995: Some customers are unable to load specific standard reports.

Sugar Market 22.16 (November 30, 2022)

  • Form submission email alerts occasionally fail to send.
  • Some bounced emails are not displayed in the recipient overview dashlet of the email campaign dashboard.

Sugar Market 22.15 (November 9, 2022)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 22.15 of Sugar Market:

  • Email Builder 2.0 improvements:
    • Automatic scroll to fit for element settings: When clicking an element to access its settings options, the screen will automatically scroll to ensure the settings are not displayed off-screen.
    • Default column transparency: Columns will now be transparent by default to prevent elements added within a column from being unexpectedly hidden. 
    • Missing unsubscribe link alert: If your email does not include an unsubscribe link an alert will be displayed in the Confirm step of Email Builder 2.0.
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 88919: Text margin size in Email Builder 2.0 is not displayed correctly in email providers when viewed on a mobile device.
  • 90673: Default roles functionality is compromised when the description of a default role is edited.
  • 90655: User interface labels in Form Builder are displayed incorrectly for users with their preferred language set to English (UK).
  • 90665: Sample, Optimized, and Combined group tabs fail to display in the Advanced A/B Dashboard Dashlet.

The following issue has been resolved for this release:

  • The distribution list export file format is incorrectly displayed as CSV.

Sugar Market 22.14 (October 18, 2022)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 22.14 of Sugar Market:

  • Enhanced permissions:
    • Email Builder 2.0: You can now restrict user access to Email Builder 2.0 using the "Marketing - Email" permission.
    • Email Templates: You can now restrict user access to Email Templates using the "Marketing - Templates" permission.
    • Nurture Builder 2.0: You can now restrict user access to Nurture Builder 2.0 using the "Marketing - Nurture Architecture" permission.
    • Distribution Lists: You can now restrict user access to Distribution Lists using the "Marketing - Distribution List" permission.
    • Asset Library: You can now restrict user access to the Asset Library using the "Marketing - Marketing Assets" permission.
  • Currency settings: You can now configure the decimal separator, thousands separator, and currency symbol displayed for Opportunity values in Sugar Market.
Fixed Issues

The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:

  • 90359: No permissions are available to restrict access to Email Builder 2.0 and Nurture Builder 2.0.
  • 90426: Distribution list export files do not include all of the columns displayed when viewing the distribution list in Sugar Market.
  • 90075: When duplicating a text element in Email Builder 2.0 and then attempting to delete the original text element, the duplicated text element is incorrectly deleted instead.

The following issues have been resolved for this release:

  • Some supported languages are incorrectly formatted within Sugar Market's user interface.
  • Form submission email notifications occasionally fail to send.
  • Changes to picklist fields in SugarCRM fail to sync to Sugar Market.

Sugar Market 22.13 (September 27, 2022)

Feature Enhancements

The following features have been deployed in release 22.13 of Sugar Market:

  • Updated user interface: The user interface for managing dashboards and the Leads and Scoring, Web and Social, and Pages and Forms dashboards have been redesigned with a modern style refresh.
  • Sort Global Dashboard drill-through data: You can now sort your Global Dashboard drill-through data by column.

    • Converted leads filtered out: Converted leads are filtered out of dynamic distribution lists.

The following features have been deployed in version 21.14 of Sugar Market:

  • Deleting pages: This release introduces the ability to delete pages that are in Draft or Unpublished status. 
  • Social icon in contact journey: Oktopost form submissions now display a social icon on the Contact card to help distinguish them from standard form submissions. This change is not retroactive, so Oktopost form submissions made prior to this release will continue to show the standard form submission icon. Please refer to the Sugar Market User Guide for configuration instructions. 
  • Nurture processing: Performance enhancements have been implemented to improve nurture processing and mitigate publishing errors.
  • Updated SugarCRM Bundle: The Connector for SugarCRM has been updated to V1.3.3 for compatibility with SugarCRM V11.1.0. Please refer to the SugarCRM Integration Guide for instructions on upgrading the Sugar Market module.
  • Compatibility with Sage 2021 R.1: Sugar Market is compatible with Sage 2021 R.1. There is no updated bundle and no action required for Sage customers.

Sugar Market 21.12 (July 1, 2021)

The following feature has been deployed in version 21.12 of Sugar Market:

  • Branding updates: The SugarCRM logo has been updated across the application to reflect the new Sugar brand.
  • New sync filtering for SugarCRM integrations: Sugar Market customers that are integrated with SugarCRM can now optionally choose which records to sync from SugarCRM based on fields that match specific criteria. SugarCRM customers with filters that were set up on their behalf prior to this release will see these filters migrated to the updated SugarCRM Settings page. This feature is available to Sugar Market customers integrated with Sugar Sell, Serve, Enterprise, and Ultimate licenses. Sugar Professional customers do not have access to sync filtering.
    Note: There are new IP addresses that need to be allowlisted before these sync filters can be used. Please refer to the Sugar Market CRM Integration Guide for the full list of IP addresses to be allowlisted.
Fixed Issues

The following issues have been fixed in Sugar Market version 21.12:

  • Special characters are not displayed correctly in some fields within the Form Builder editor, though they display correctly in preview mode and in published forms.
  • Requesting a nurture participant report in Nurture Builder 2.0 analytics results in error. 
  • Uploading a file in excess of 25,000 email addresses to Email Validation produces a 503 error. While this release includes performance improvements to handle large uploads, we recommend breaking up large uploads into smaller files. 
  • The option to delete distribution list folders does not exist. The delete option is available for empty distribution list folders as of this release; however, other folder types cannot be deleted. 

Sugar Market 21.11 (June 17, 2021)

Feature Enhancements

The following feature has been deployed in version 21.11 of Sugar Market:

  • Enhanced functionality for copying a "Send Email" element: Copying the "Send Email" element in a Nurture Builder 2.0 campaign now provides the flexibility to either make a duplicate element or a linked copy of the element. Duplicate elements can be modified without applying those changes to the original Send Email element, while changes made to linked copied elements are also applied to the original Send Email element and any other copies of the same element within the nurture.

The following issues have been fixed in Sugar Market version 21.11:

  • Uploading a Blackout Calendar in Nurture Builder 2.0 results in an error. The .XLSX file type is allowed for Blackout Calendar uploads as of this release.
  • Nurture participants do not move from a Pause step when the blackout date period begins on one calendar day and ends on the next calendar day.

Fixed Issues

The following issues have been fixed in Sugar Market version 21.10:

  • When a lead's email address is updated in the CRM lead record, the address is not updated in the distribution lists of which the lead is a member. 
  • Importing Accounts via CSV file results in a failed upload. 
  • Listener actions do not fully execute when a contact's email address contains an apostrophe.
  • The email report option is not functional. 
  • Attempting to run some large reports throws an error. 
  • The Actions tab in an Account card's anonymous web activity does not display data.
  • Buttons do not retain their actual size in emails built in Email Builder 2.0. 
  • Borders for headers, body, and footers are not aligned in emails built with Email Builder 2.0. For emails that were designed prior to this release, edit the email and resave to resolve this issue. 
  • Emails designed with wrapped social buttons in Email Builder 2.0 are not wrapping, causing a broken email border. For emails that were designed prior to this release, edit the email and resave to resolve this issue. The fix for this issue does not work with Windows Mail or Outlook 2016 and 2013; therefore, we recommend avoiding the use of wrapped social buttons when using those clients.

  • Text is left-aligned in Email Builder 2.0 when left-alignment was not selected in the builder. 
  • Table formatting in landing pages is not displayed as designed in preview mode and in published pages. 
  • When a contact's email address is updated in the CRM contact record, the address is not updated in the distribution lists of which the contact is a member. 
  • Delivery status and message are not loading in the campaign dashboard. 
  • Importing a CSV file into a suppression list fails.

The following features have been deployed in version 21.8 of Sugar Market:

  • Improved SugarCRM settings page: The SugarCRM Connector Settings page has been redesigned with an improved flow and more logical grouping of settings for enhanced usability. All existing customer settings have been maintained.
    Note: Prior to this release, a filter for CRMType = "Lead" or "Contact" in Post-Sync Cleanup Reports was recommended. This recommendation is now a requirement and the lists of available reports are filtered accordingly. Settings will be maintained for customers who have reports selected in the SugarCRM settings that do not meet the new requirement; however, you will be required to select a report that meets the new requirement when you make any changes to these settings.
Fixed Issues

The following issues have been fixed in Sugar Market version 21.8:

  • Importing Geos and Lists throw a 503 error. 
  • "Hot Leads by Score" standard report does not export. 
  • Form actions set to jump to a specific step in Nurture Builder 1.0 jump the participant to the start of the nurture instead. 
  • Three-column emails do not render as expected in Email Builder 2.0. 
  • Event actions do not consistently respect the user's time zone. 
  • Some form submission alerts are not sent.

Sugar Market 21.7 (April 13, 2021)

  • New A.I.-driven interest prediction scoring: This release introduces SugarPredict, which incorporates color-coded predictive lead scoring into your lead and contact records to help you quickly identify which leads to send to your Sales team and which to include in your nurture campaigns. This feature will be enabled on your account in collaboration with your Customer Success Manager. Please refer to the SugarPredict for Sugar Market User Guide for more information. 
Fixed Issues

The following issues have been fixed in Sugar Market version 21.7:

  • Email Builder 1.0 campaigns fail to send when they include "Started but not completed" landing page lists with recipients that do not have contact records. 
  • When a user initiates the deletion of a distribution list, usage of that list in Nurture Builder 2.0 campaigns is not checked.
  • Reports containing contacts without a Contact ID and email address are allowed to be used as include lists in Nurture Builder 2.0. Reports with missing Contact IDs and email addresses will no longer be allowed as of this release.
  • Users cannot edit shared reports unless they have the Admin Navigation role.
  • Changing the ID field display label in reports may revert campaigns to Draft status.
  • Web hits displayed in the contact journey are four hours ahead of the user's time zone.
  • Campaign send time in Nurture Builder 2.0 is incorrect if the send is during daylight savings time and it was scheduled prior to the start of daylight savings time.
  • Scheduled Nurture Builder 2.0 campaigns are set to the user's browser time zone instead of the time zone selected in the campaign. Customers with campaigns that were scheduled prior to this release, scheduled for a time zone other than their browser's time zone, need to edit and resave the campaign to ensure the correct time zone is respected. 
  • The time stamp on nurture versions in Nurture Builder 2.0 analytics is in UTC instead of the user's time zone. 
  • The send time restriction in Email Builder 1.0 uses the browser time zone instead of the user's time zone. 
  • Users cannot assign the "Alert User" element in Nurture Builder 2.0 unless they have the Admin Navigation role. 
  • Editing the "Create Task in CRM" element in Nurture Builder 2.0 disables the OK button and displays the Value Input field label in red. 
  • URL links to individual images in the Email Builder 2.0 image group widget are not saved. 
  • Hyperlinks in the Email Builder 2.0 image capture widget are not saved.

Sugar Market 21.6 (April 6, 2021)

The following issues have been fixed in Sugar Market version 21.6:

  • The schedule step in Email Builder 1.0 displays the send time as one hour before the selected time. 
  • Text widgets show incorrect font after updating the global font family in Email Builder 2.0. 
  • Fallback fonts set in Email Builder 2.0 are not displaying consistently. 
  • Advanced Testing in Email Builder 2.0 displays bold button text in Office 365 and Outlook although the selected font is not bold. 
  • Opt-out status in the external CRM does not consistently update when the opt-out value in Sugar Market does not match.

The following features have been deployed in version 21.5 of Sugar Market:

  • Improved email sync with SugarCRM: The SugarCRM email sync settings have been modified to improve the push of email information to SugarCRM. These improvements include the option to push email to either SugarCRM's Task or Email module, not both, and enforcing an assigned user for pushed Task records. Please refer to the Sugar Market Integration Guide for more information.
  • New MS Dynamics Application ID field: The Microsoft Dynamics connector settings page has been updated to include the Application ID field in response to Microsoft's April 2021 planned deprecation of the current SDK class. To allow the Sugar Market sync to continue, MS Dynamics customers will be required to register their application with Microsoft and to update configuration settings in Sugar Market. Specific instructions will be published here by March 24, 2021.

Sugar Market 21.4 (March 9, 2021)

  • Converting Nurture Builder 1.0 Nurtures: Nurture campaigns built in the legacy nurture builder can now be migrated to be compatible with Nurture Builder 2.0. While primarily an automated process, there are minor settings to configure after conversion, such as selecting include/exclude lists.

The following issues have been fixed in Sugar Market version 21.4:

  • The event attendee list is not refreshed in MS Dynamics CRM.

  • The values in Nurture Builder 2.0 field evaluation elements do not persist when returning to the nurture after navigating away.

Sugar Market 21.2 (February 9, 2021)

Fixed Issues

The following issues have been fixed in Sugar Market version 21.2:

  • Nurture participants are migrated on publish even when no workflow changes are made. 
  • When a nurture with active contacts is republished, the active contacts do not complete the nurture flow.
  • Nurtures are thrown into error if a request to the Fusion API fails while building a list.
  • When selecting both include and exclude lists as nurture recipients, the wrong list can sometimes populate the selected lists in Step 4 of the builder.  
  • The number of unique opens and clicks does not always correspond to the number of email addresses shown in the Email Campaign Dashboard if the recipient is using Do Not Track in their client. 
  • Removed discovery service from Microsoft Dynamics connector in alignment with Microsoft's deprecation of the service.

The following features have been deployed in version 14.4 of Sugar Market:

  • Pausing and editing nurtures: Previously published Nurture Builder 2.0 campaigns can now be edited, including adding or deleting workflow steps, adjusting settings, and updating recipients. New versions are created every time a nurture is edited and republished, and all versions are displayed in the Analytics view. Options are provided to pause the workflow while editing and to move contacts to another step when deleting a step from the workflow. 
  • Sync error alerts: Sync error alert emails now include the domain name to help customers with multiple instances to easily identify in which instance the error occurred.
