Sugar Market provides lead scoring to allow you to allocate points to leads and contacts based on their engagement activities. These scores are managed in scoring profiles, and you can apply multiple scoring profiles to your contacts to gauge interest across your different products or brands. This article describes how to use Sugar Market's nurture builder and scoring profiles to create campaigns based on your contacts' lead scores.   

Description

You are a wellness supplement manufacturer and have recently brought two new supplements to market, one for energy and one for weight loss. You want to determine which supplement has more interest, so you use one lead scoring profile for the energy supplement and another profile for the weight loss supplement. As your leads and contacts engage with your content for each supplement, you can track their interest for each product separately and automatically trigger the addition or removal of the contact from a Sugar Market nurture campaign based on their lead score. 

Steps to Complete

  1. Create a nurture campaign for each supplement to deliver a series of targeted messages to leads and contacts who have shown interest.   
  2. Create one lead scoring profile for the energy supplement and another scoring profile for the weight loss supplement.
  3. Determine your scoring rules to assign to each profile based on email engagement, landing page engagement, and web page visits. If your leads and contacts are members of both campaigns, consider whether you want to remove them from one campaign if there has been no engagement. For example, if a lead has shown high interest in the weight loss supplement but no engagement for the energy supplement, set a scoring action to remove the lead from the energy supplement nurture when the lead reaches a specific scoring threshold in the weight loss supplement scoring profile. This configuration automates an important business process and ensures you are only sending relevant information to your leads and contacts.
