Determining Nurture Recipients in Published Nurtures

Overview

In Nurture Builder 2.0, you can access a list of the nurture recipients that completed each step through nurture analytics; however, there is no summary of all nurture participants. Use the following procedure to determine which contacts were included or excluded from a published nurture.

Locating Nurture Recipients

To locate recipients in a published nurture, put the nurture in Edit mode without pausing the nurture. This allows you to see the full details of the nurture without initiating a new version.

1. With the nurture selected in the Nurtures 2.0 Manage list view, click the Edit icon in the toolbar.
   
2. In the Edit a Published Nurture confirmation dialog, deselect the Pause option, and then click the Continue button.
   
3. Navigate to the Recipients Step 4 in the builder to view the included and excluded recipients.
4. Click the Save and Exit icon at the top right of the builder.
