MS Outlook Plug-in Release Notes 2.7.4

Overview

This document describes any enhancements to existing features, fixed issues, and known issues for the 2.7.4 release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. For information on supported platforms, please refer to the Plug-ins Supported Platforms page.

Fixed Issues

The following issue has been resolved in this release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. Case Portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

  • 83244: Setting the default language to Italian for the Outlook plug-in results in an internal server error when archiving emails to Sugar. 

Known Issues

The following are known issues in this release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

  • 87397: The About page and log file for the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook may incorrectly display the old version of the plug-in even though the new version has been installed.
  • 85891: Emails containing the same attachment more than once may fail to archive to Sugar. As a workaround, select the "Prompt before sending email attachments" option from the Mail tab of the SugarCRM Plug-in Settings window, then select "No" in the dialog box that appears when archiving the particular email.
