MS Outlook Plug-in Release Notes 2.7.3

Overview

This document describes any feature enhancements, as well as fixed and/or known issues for the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 2.7.3. 

Fixed Issues

The following issue has been resolved in this release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. Case Portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

  • 87299: When using the plug-in with a SugarIdentity-enabled Sugar instance, users may be improperly prompted to log in again and establish a connection with Sugar each time they open Outlook or while using Outlook.

Known Issues

The following are known issues in this release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

  • 85891: Emails containing the same attachment more than once may fail to archive to Sugar. As a workaround, select the "Prompt before sending email attachments" option from the Mail tab of the SugarCRM Plug-in Settings window, then select "No" in the dialog box that appears when archiving the particular email.
