MS Outlook Plug-in Release Notes 2.4.2

Overview

This document describes any feature enhancements, as well as fixed and known issues for the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 2.4.2. For information about supported versions of Outlook, refer to the Plug-ins Supported Platforms.

Fixed Issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. Case Portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

  • 77756 : For instances where the Contacts module is configured to display a Google map, the Google map may not appear as expected and display an error in the field upon creating and syncing an Outlook contact to Sugar. 
  • 79565, 79599 : Attempting to sync an Outlook record to Sugar may not work as expected and display an error if there are Sugar fields (e.g. Lead Source) marked as required in the module (e.g. Contacts).
  • 79609 : Opening an email in Outlook and clicking the Archive to Sugar option in the email message's ribbon may not open the Archiving Email window as expected and display an error.
