Overview
Industry events such as roadshows, lunch and learns, and webinars are great tools to bring prospects together in hopes of securing additional follow-up afterward. These types of events typically require lead-up activities to rally for registrations, confirmation and post-registration reminder emails, and additional post-event communication. This section explains how to coordinate these activities using the Events module in Sugar Market.

The Events module allows you to track and manage event engagement for in-person and webinar event sessions created in Sugar Market. From the Events module, you can configure session details, manage participants, and automate communications.
You can manage existing Events in Sugar Market from the Event's list view page.
Once you have created a session for your event you can begin to manage your participants. Participants can be registered for a session manually, from an event-connected form submission, or from a sync with GoToWebinar if your session is a webinar. Once a participant is registered they can be managed from the Events Participants page.
