Fixed Issues

• 98692: HSTS (HTTP Strict Transport Security) headers are enabled to prevent intermittent security errors.
• 97646: Reports using the “In geos” operator could not be downloaded as Excel files. This is fixed and reports now download successfully in Excel format regardless of the operators used.
