Customer Journey Plug-in
Support for the Customer Journey Plug-in (renamed "Sugar Automate" in September 2022) has ended as of April 30, 2024.
For Sugar versions 13.0 and higher, Sugar Automate is built into Sugar's code base and can be enabled via license key.
The Customer Journey Plug-in (i.e., Sugar Automate) lets administrators create easy-to-follow, visual business processes for users to complete against their Sugar records. Each journey is an end-to-end process that is split into color-coded stages, and each stage contains one or more call, meeting, or task activities that the user can complete with optional dependencies and actions on related records.
