Customer Journey Plug-in 4.8.1 Release Notes

Overview

This document describes any new features, enhancements to existing features, fixed issues, and known issues for the 4.8.1 release of the Customer Journey Plug-in™ by Addoptify.  For information on supported platforms, please refer to the Connectors Supported Platforms page.

Fixed Issues

The following issue has been resolved in this release of the Customer Journey Plug-in. Case Portal users can view more details about the issue in the support portal:

  • 81727 : Custom modules cannot be enabled using the Configure Modules admin option.

Known Issues

The following are known issues in this release of the Customer Journey Plug-in. Case Portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

  • 81349 : The teams set on stages/tasks in the Customer Journey template is not carried over to the journey's stages/tasks.
  • 81284 : Activities improperly display overdue dates in red when an activity's status is "Not Applicable".
  • 81170 : Default values are incorrectly populated for due-date fields on journey activity templates.
  • 80169 : Unrelated entries appear in the Customer Journey panel when there is a calculated formula in the record view.
