Troubleshooting Knowledge Base Tag Browsing

Overview

The Knowledge Base Tag Browsing window hangs when attempting to expand a tag. A spinner icon appears next to the tab being expanded but nothing else happens.

Origin

The site_url parameter in config.php is improperly configured.

Reolution

Update the site_url parameter in config.php to match the URL of your SugarCRM instance.
