Troubleshooting Knowledge Base Folder Browsing

Overview

A user is unable to browse the Knowledge Base tree past the parent tags. An error message is not always returned, but may include one of the following:

Access to restricted URI denied code: 1012

uncaught exception: Permission denied to call method XMLHttpRequest.open

Origin

The user is not a member of the Global team.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, make the user a member of the Global team.
