From/Reply To

When configuring an email, here is what to expect of the From and Reply-To field:

 

From

No bounces or out of office replies will go to the 'From' address.

 

Reply-To

When a client replies to an email it will go to the address that is listed here. This address will receive Out of Office replies but will not receive soft bounces.

 

Note: The above is dependent on the recipient server. If that server is not standard, the results might vary. This means that you may receive soft bounces or out of offices to the 'From' email address depending on the recipient's email server.
