Sugar's Connector for DocuSign® allows users to request signatures on documents directly from Sugar records. Sugar's Google connector allows users to import their Google contacts to Sugar (for Sugar versions 13.2 and higher), link documents in Sugar to documents stored on the Google Drive online storage service, and beginning with Sugar 12.0.0, access Google Drive files via the Cloud Drive dashlet. Beginning with versions 10.0.3 and 9.0.5, the connector also allows Sugar to connect to Google mail via OAuth2 when the system email settings, outgoing user email accounts, and inbound mail accounts are configured.

Administrators can configure the Microsoft connector via Admin > Connectors to allow Sugar to connect to the Microsoft API Services via OAuth2 to send outbound emails, receive inbound emails, or access Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint. This article will cover the administrator's configuration of the Microsoft connector which must be completed before you can configure the email settings in Sugar for Exchange Online or the Cloud Drive settings. If you are seeing inconsistent Hint Insights notifications, it may be related to an on-site clone of your Sugar instance. If not cloned properly, instances with Hint installed may experience issues with the Hint Insights functionality.
