Troubleshooting New Lead With Pre-Dated Email
Symptom
After creating a new lead, the History sub-panel shows email that pre-dates the creation of the lead.
Origin
Working as intended. Because the History list keys from the lead's email address, any email in the SugarCRM system that has been sent to that email address will be displayed in the History sub-panel of the Lead Record, regardless of when the record was actually created.
Solution
This item is working as intended; no change to the SugarCRM instance is required.
