Who's Who at Sugar Market
As our customer, you may work with several groups, each of which helps with a different aspect of your Sugar Market experience.
We will begin with a kickoff call to introduce you to your dedicated Marketing Automation Consultant and to learn more about your organization and business goals. From there, we'll begin the technical setup and integration phase of your implementation. You'll want to have your DNS Administrator and CRM Administrator on deck to assist with this part of the process. Once this phase of your implementation process is complete, we'll begin training. During the training phase, your Marketing Automation Consultant will guide you through the platform, giving you hands-on experience in creating your live assets. If you'd like, our Professional Services team is also available to assist with implementation and transitioning your assets to Sugar Market.
- Partner: If you purchased Sugar Market from one of our partners, the partner will be your contact point for support, renewals, and other inquiries.
- Sales: If you are purchasing Sugar Market directly from SugarCRM, our sales group will work out the details of your purchase. Any inquiries prior to purchase will be handled by your sales team member.
- Customer Success Manager: If you purchased Sugar Market directly from SugarCRM and are now a customer, your Customer Success Manager will field general questions and be your contact point when it comes time to renew your subscription. Your Customer Success Manager will introduce themselves via email after your purchase is completed.
- Sugar Support: If you purchased Sugar Market directly from SugarCRM and are now a customer, bring your Sugar Market questions and issues to the Sugar Support team. Please refer to the Working With Sugar Support article for support policies, contact methods, SLA information, and more.
- Marketing Automation Consultant: Your Marketing Automation Consultant will be your main point of contact during your Sugar Market implementation. All questions should be directed to your Consultant during your implementation.
- Professional Services: If you have contracted with us to deliver additional services such as email template transitions, you will work with our Professional Services team in conjunction with your Marketing Automation Consultant during implementation. Additional professional services are also offered for existing customers and can be initiated by contacting your Sales Representative.
- Marketing Managed Services: In addition to single Professional Services engagements, our Sugar Market team offers recurring managed services engagements where we assist with the maintenance and execution of campaigns within your Sugar Market account. If interested in ongoing services, please contact your Sales Representative.
Implementation
Sugar Market is dedicated to your success with marketing automation, so we have created an implementation program designed to get your team ramped up quickly. During the implementation process, our main priority is to equip internal teams with the knowledge they need to effectively use the platform so that you can get the most out of your Sugar Market investment.
One-on-one training sessions and individual weekly touchpoints promote an open line of communication between your internal team and designated Marketing Automation Consultant.
Our professional implementation program will guide you and your team through questions such as:

Sugar Market has an expert, Professional Services team available for campaign implementation and support when you are strapped for time or resources. The Professional Services team functions as an extension of your marketing team on a defined project and will work with you to define, create, and execute your campaign.
