SugarPredict
SugarPredict identifies patterns in your live data using AI (Artificial Intelligence) and external firmographics. These patterns are used to generate insights and projected outcomes for your lead and opportunity records in Sugar Sell. Additional SugarPredict features are also available for Sugar Serve and Market.
SugarPredict must be activated in your instance by SugarCRM. Only some Sugar Market and SugarCloud instances are compatible with and can use SugarPredict. Please refer to our Getting Started with SugarPredict guide page to learn more about activating SugarPredict for your instance.
