Feature Enhancements
- Top ten database tables for monitoring database storage usage: In the Database table, you can now gain more insight into your database storage usage by clicking on an instance row (e.g., ABC Company Production) to view details (e.g., size, table name) of the top ten largest database tables for a particular instance.

Feature Enhancements
- Download backups: The scheduled backups for SugarCloud instances are available to access and download in the Backups section of the SugarCloud Insights page. The backups will no longer include the uploaded files by default.
- Manage SugarCloud notifications: Administrators can manage the email list of individuals (e.g., Sugar partner) that should receive important SugarCloud service notifications directly from the SugarCloud Insights page.

Feature Enhancements
- SugarIdentity authentication for SugarCloud Insights: For Sugar instances that use SugarIdentity, SugarCloud Insights is now configured to use SugarIdentity authentication. Instances will be migrated to use the SugarIdentity authentication by the end of July.

Feature Enhancements
- New SugarCloud managed storage: Beginning February 1, 2022, customers who newly purchase Sugar or migrate to Sugar's cloud environment will benefit from a new Managed Storage allocation, pricing, and consumption-based billing model for their product subscriptions. The storage usage will now be allocated and tracked separately by Database (DB) and File System (FS) storage. The new managed storage reporting mechanism will be rolled out to all SugarCloud customers over the course of this year.

- Storage and License Usage
- Monitor database and file system storage usage: Administrators can monitor the current database and file system storage usage for their SugarCloud instances.
- Monitor license usage: Administrators can easily monitor their Sugar license usage and track the number of active users counting against their license.
- Error and Access Logs
- Generate logs: Administrators have the ability to generate PHP error logs and access logs for their production instance of Sugar.
