How to activate a user
Overview
Activating a user on sales-i is quick and easy.
To activate a user, email the sales-i support team at support@sales-i.com.
Please include the user's 'user name' as a bare minimum, (additional information is helpful but not required).
The sales-i support team will then activate your user and notify you once completed.
Note: To make sure the new user gets the most out of sales-i, please make sure that users have all the correct functions set up. For more informations, please visit the How to add a new user page.
