An inquiry is a way to view all of your data in an easy-to-read format and helps answer questions you may have about your customers, products, and profits. It is similar to a report; some inquiries even have graphs to help visualize your data. Here we hope to explain inquiries and offer some suggestions to help you get started drilling into your data.
Interactions are a distinct record type linked to either a prospect or customer, representing an engagement with a contact, such as a call or meeting. An interaction record includes the date and time of the engagement, as well as key details and insights.Interactions help you plan your day and prepare for each engagement. After an interaction is completed, you can quickly capture how it went and what to do next, keeping you organized and your opportunities moving forward.
