Fixed Issues
  • Targets added to the dashboard view were incorrectly titled “Undefined” and are now correctly titled based on the target type.
  • Targets added to the dashboard view incorrectly showed information based on the first interval target. They now correctly display information based on the current interval target.
  • Running a Sales vs Gaps inquiry report did not display a loading icon; it now displays a loading icon.
  • When building an alert, "Customers in Report:" always displayed 0; it now updates dynamically as the alert is built.
  • sales-i customer records displayed in SugarCRM via the sales-i Dashlet did not show child customers by default; the dashlet now displays child customers by default.
  • When the Sales Opportunity insight report was shared with another user, the currency totals were incorrect when displayed on the user's dashboard view; they are now displayed correctly.
  • Scrolling through the Product Group Purchase Analysis snapshot report generated an error; it no longer generates an error.
  • The Sales Rep filter in the Highest Selling Products insights report previously showed an empty dropdown when no options were available. It is now hidden when no options are available.
  • The Sales Comparison report displayed on the Customer record view failed to display data when the record was configured to show data from related child customers. The report now displays data in this configuration.
  • Some links in the SugarCRM sales-i Dashlet pointed to incorrect locations. The link locations have been corrected.
  • Customer snapshot reports failed to export from the SugarCRM sales-i dashlet. Exporting customer snapshot reports via the SugarCRM Sales-i dashlet now functions as expected.
  • Clicking the View Snapshot Insights button on a customer record could take users to an incorrect snapshot if there were other records with the same customer name. This button now always takes users to the correct customer snapshot.
  • After applying a filter to some Insights reports, users could not edit or add another filter due to a loading loop in the filter modal. This issue has been fixed, and filters can now be edited or added as needed.
  • Clicking the link in the Entity Name column of the Opportunities list view sometimes took users to the sales-i homepage instead of the customer record. These links now always take users to the correct location.
