Feature Enhancements

The following feature enhancements are included in this release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Word:

Updated labels and modules : Prospects renamed Targets and master module Campaign Prospects renamed to Campaign Targets

Fixed Issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Word. Case Portal users can access the case portal for more details about each issue:

8031 : Mail Merge fails with restricted account users in Sugar Plug-in for MS Word on Windows XP
28110 : Mail Merge with Sugar Plug-in for MS Word (Windows Vista) displays Access denied message
28111 : Mail Merge with Sugar Plug-in for MS Word (Windows Vista) displays error message after successful completion
39042 : Mail Merge with Sugar Plug-in for MS Word displays error message but completes successfully; MS Word crashes and shuts down after 2-3 mail merges
42638 : Mail merge involving Text Area type fields in Sugar incorrectly displays the results in a single line
52139 : Inability to create Notes after Mail Merging and archiving documents in Sugar Plug-in for MS Word 2010
52425 : Sugar Plug-in for Word 2007 crashes during Mail Merge from Sugar if a Word 2007 document is already open
52547 : Outdated Sugar icon needs to be updated
52558 : Upload menu option disabled in Mail Merge document
