MS Word Plug-in Release Notes 2.0.0

Overview

This document describes any feature enhancements, as well as fixed and/or known issues for the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Word 2.0.0. For information on supported platforms, please refer to the Plug-ins Supported Platforms page.

Fixed Issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Word. Case Portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

75797, 71276 : In certain circumstances, attempting to connect the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Word to Sugar using LDAP may fail with an error.
75566 : Performing a mail merge from Microsoft Word may not work as expected and result in an error.
71916 : The Mail Merge dialog box may not display properly if the DPI setting in Windows is greater than 100%.

Known Issues

The following are known issues in this release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Word. Case Portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

82409 : The plug-in may fail to install if the "Require Application Add-ins to be signed by Trusted Publisher" option is enabled in the Microsoft Word Trust Center settings. As a workaround, disable this option in the Trust Center settings then restart your Word application. In certain circumstances, you may need to uninstall then reinstall the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Word.
