MS Outlook Plug-in Release Notes 2.6.3

Overview

This document describes any feature enhancements, as well as fixed and/or known issues for the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 2.6.3. For information about supported versions of Outlook, refer to the Plug-ins Supported Platforms.

Feature Enhancements

The following feature enhancements are included in this release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook:

  • Support for Sugar Spring '19 (9.0.x) : The Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook is supported for use with Sugar's upcoming Spring '19 release.

Fixed Issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. Case Portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

  • 82143 : Users may be improperly prompted to re-enter their login credentials to connect to Sugar. 
  • 81659 : In certain circumstances, archiving emails may not work as expected and result in an error for users assigned a role with View permission set to "Owner" for the Notes module.
