Overview

This page describes any new feature enhancements, fixed issues, and known issues for the current SugarCRM Mobile App release. Case Portal users can use the links in the appropriate sections below for more details on fixed and known issues.

Feature Enhancements

  • Reset to default report filters: If you have previously changed the run-time filters in a Report dashlet, you can now reset them to the report defaults from the mobile dashlet.
  • Run-time filters on Matrix reports: You can now view and update run-time filters on Matrix reports in the mobile app.
  • Switching between smart guide stages: In addition to swiping the bottom bar of a smart guide stage, you can now also swipe the stage name header to make it easier and more natural to switch between different stages in a smart guide.

Fixed Issues

  • 96383, 96372: If the comment log has more than 20 entries, it may not be possible to view all entries from the mobile app.
  • 96106: Users are able to edit their first and last name via the mobile app when connected to a SugarIdentity-enabled instance, causing the changed values to be out of sync with SugarIdentity.
  • 95915: Editing a single occurrence or all recurrences of a meeting series results in unexpected behavior, including the changes not being applied or the other recurrences being deleted.
  • 95757: If a note has multiple attachments with either the same filename or blank filenames, users can only open the first attachment in the list and the rest cannot be opened.
  • 90551: It is not possible to customize or translate the text of the following labels when creating or viewing a quote in the mobile app: "No Quoted Line Item" and "+ Quoted Line Item".

Known Issues

  • 95468: In certain situations, users may encounter a "Failed to load dashboards from server" error when accessing the SugarCRM mobile app or a "Resource not found" error when creating a record.
  • 95446: Users with first or last names in Chinese cannot be found when searching for the user to mention in the Comment Log field. As a workaround, if the username is not in Chinese, search by the username instead.
  • 94981, 94712: The caller ID feature may not display the pop-up identifying Sugar records on incoming calls when using some phone number formats on certain device models or on certain networks.
  • 92512: With offline mode enabled, refreshing a filtered list view of favorited records does not update the list to reflect records that have been unfavorited since the last refresh.
