SugarCRM Mobile App 83.1 (May 6, 2025)

- Updates to the iOS app: Minor improvements have been applied to the SugarCRM mobile app for iOS in this release.
SugarCRM Mobile App 83.0 (April 25, 2025)
Features
- Caller ID phone number matching: Caller ID has been improved to recognize a wider variety of phone number formats and identify many country codes when omitted so that more matches are made on incoming calls.
Fixed Issues
- 96932: When viewing a long email that does not fit on a single screen, the text is truncated and it is not possible to scroll to view the rest of the email content.
Known Issues
- 95468: In certain situations, users may encounter a "Failed to load dashboards from server" error when accessing the SugarCRM mobile app or a "Resource not found" error when creating a record.
- 95446: Users with first or last names in Chinese cannot be found when searching for the user to mention in the Comment Log field. As a workaround, if the username is not in Chinese, search by the username instead.
- 94981: The caller ID feature may not display the pop-up identifying Sugar records on incoming calls on certain device models or on certain networks.
- 92512: With offline mode enabled, refreshing a filtered list view of favorited records does not update the list to reflect records that have been unfavorited since the last refresh.
