Sugar Connector for Marketo 3.1.0 Release Notes

Overview

This document describes any new features, enhancements to existing features, known issues, and fixed issues for the 3.1.0 release of Sugar® Connector for Marketo. 

Fixed Issues

The 3.1.0 release of Marketo for Sugar is a security update released to address certain security vulnerabilities.

We strongly recommend that you install this update at the earliest opportunity. While we have not experienced any reported incidents relating to these vulnerabilities to date, failure to install this update could leave you exposed to malicious third party attacks. For more information regarding this, please refer to the Security Advisory announcement.

These vulnerabilities have been addressed in the 3.1.0 release of Marketo for Sugar which is available for download on Sugar Exchange.

Administrators are strongly encouraged to upgrade their Sugar Connector for Marketo running 3.0.9 or earlier to 3.1.0 to prevent potential exploitation of these weaknesses.

In addition, the following issues have been resolved in this release of Sugar Connector for Marketo. Case Portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

• 73253 : Changing the field in Marketo to an empty value does not update the corresponding Sugar record's fields as expected.
• 73859 : Configuring the sugarcrm_type field in Marketo with a lower case module name (e.g. leads) may cause the Check Marketo for changes to Leads scheduler to fail and not sync data to Sugar as expected.
