2 MS Excel, Outlook, and Word Plug-ins are supported on the Windows operating system only.
3 Sugar Connect, MS Excel, Outlook, and Word Plug-ins are not supported in Terminal Server environments.
4 Service Pack 3 (SP3) is required for Windows XP to be able to install .NET Framework 4.
5 Office 365 accounts must be set up to use a hosted exchange server.
6 Microsoft 365 Outlook for Mac must be acquired directly from Microsoft and not from a third-party vendor.
7 Internet Explorer is not supported with Sugar Connect.
8 On Windows versions prior to Windows 11, the WebView2 control must be installed so that Office can be used with Sugar Connect. WebView2 is automatically installed with Microsoft 365 version 2101 or later, or with a one-time purchase of Office 2021 or later. WebView2 is not automatically installed with Microsoft Edge. If you have an earlier version of Microsoft 365 or an earlier version of a one-time purchase Office, use the instructions for installing the control on the Microsoft Edge Developer WebView2 page. For Microsoft 365 builds before 16.0.14326.xxxxx, you must also create the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\WEF\Win32WebView2 and set its value to dword:00000001
