Sugar Connect Release Notes

Overview

This document describes any feature enhancements, fixed issues, and known issues for the current Sugar Connect release. Case portal users can use the links in the appropriate sections below for more details on fixed and known issues.

Sugar Connect 46.1 (July 5, 2024)

This release updates the Sugar Connect sidebar to version 1.46.1.84.

Fixed Issues

This release of Sugar Connect addresses minor product and performance issues.

Sugar Connect 46.0 (June 24, 2024)

This release updates the Sugar Connect sidebar to version 1.46.0.82.

Feature Enhancements

• Add tags to archived emails: You can now add tags to emails when using the Archive with Options feature in both Google Workspace and Office 365.

Fixed Issues

• 94962: The close button in the Sugar Connect sidebar when displayed in the calendar event view is misleading as to the purpose and function in different scenarios.
• 94308: Fields set as required that are not supported by Sugar Connect are preventing record creation.

Known Issues

• 93363: The Sugar Connect Scheduler may show incorrect when viewing the current week to schedule a meeting.
• 92111: Sugar Connect may not remove events in the external calendar that have been unassigned in Sugar.
