Sugar Connect 56.7 (March 16, 2026)

Fixed Issues

  • The Sugar Connect "Reset Sync" feature caused duplicate meeting entries in external calendars when a user reset and re-enabled sync. Users can now reset synchronization without creating duplicate meeting entries.
  • Invitation email acceptance in Connect could incorrectly link a user to the wrong CRM profile when multiple CRM users shared the same email address. This issue has been fixed and the correct CRM user is consistently linked during invite acceptance.
  • Calculated fields did not populate their values during record creation in the Sugar Connect sidebar. Calculated field values now populate as expected.
  • Searching the Connect Calendar sidebar for lead records did not return the correct results. Searching by lead record names in the Connect Calendar sidebar now functions as expected.
  • In some circumstances, required multi-select fields did not prevent records from being saved if left blank. Connect now respects all required field dependencies before saving.
  • Newly created fields in SugarCRM Studio did not appear in Sugar Connect after using the "Reload" option. These fields now appear correctly after reloading.
  • Editing the Internal Notes field on a single occurrence of a recurring meeting in Sugar caused the meeting invitation to be re-sent to external attendees. Editing Internal Notes on recurring meeting occurrences no longer triggers unnecessary meeting invitation updates.
  • Users received a 500 error when attempting to log in to Sugar Connect with Microsoft after their primary email address was changed in Microsoft. Users now see a clear error message explaining the login failure instead of a generic server error.
  • The Sugar Connect sidebar in Gmail intermittently displayed as a blank panel, preventing related Sugar records and functionality from loading. The sidebar now loads reliably and displays Sugar data as expected.
