Sugar Mobile for Android Release Notes 34.0

Overview

This document describes the changes introduced in Sugar Mobile Release 34.0.

Please see the Mobile Supported Platforms page for information about supported devices and Sugar version compatibility.

Feature Enhancements

The following feature enhancements are available in this release:

  • Active Subscriptions dashlet: The Active Subscriptions dashlet is now available on Sugar Mobile so Sugar Sell and Serve users can easily see an overview of the customer's ongoing subscriptions, including sorting and searching them.
  • Reorder modules and subpanels: Users can now drag modules to reorder them in the main menu and the list of subpanels on every module's detail view so they can organize the modules in the way that makes the most sense for them.
  • List View Builder improvements: Some minor improvements have been made to enhance your experience when customizing list view layouts:
    • All placeholders now expand when you hover over them so you can easily see that you have accurately targeted them.
    • You can now drag a field to the front of a row.
    • A vibration now occurs when you press and hold a field in the top section, indicating that you have successfully selected it.

Known Issues

The following known issues are present in this release. Case Portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

  • 87492: Sugar Mobile only shows the two most recently used Home dashboards in the list of dashboards in the main menu.
  • 86833: If a user recently performed actions while Sugar Mobile was offline and a server configuration change causes the app to reload when the user reconnects, their offline changes may be lost.
  • 85262: It is not possible to choose the Contacts module in the Related To field on notes and tasks.
  • 84799: When connected to a SugarIdentity-enabled instance, links to Sugar records opened on a mobile device are opened in a browser instead of Sugar Mobile.
