Overview
This document describes the changes introduced in Sugar Market Release 23.8 on May 31, 2023. For a complete list of supported platforms for Sugar Market, please refer to the Sugar Market Supported Platforms page.
Feature Enhancements
The following features have been deployed in release 23.8 of Sugar Market:
- Track contact usage: From the Administration view, you can now track the total count of active billable contacts in your Sugar Market account.
- Guardrails for reports used as recipient lists:
- Reports with invalid columns: Invalid reports using Group By columns that do not match the selected report Columns can no longer be added as a recipient list to emails or nurtures.
- Reports in active email campaigns: Reports that are in use as a recipient list for active email campaigns cannot be edited.
- Events improvements:
- Manage and export participants across all event sessions: You now have the option to manage and export all participants across all the sessions of an event.
- Increased session limit: You can now have up to 50 sessions at once for each event.
- Layout and language enhancements: Minor enhancements have been made to the layout and language across the event builder, list, and export file views.
- Deletion and archive guardrails: Events that have active sessions cannot be deleted and events with active trigger email campaigns cannot be archived.
Fixed Issues
The following issues reported to SugarCRM have been resolved in this version of Sugar Market. Case portal users can use the following links for more details about these issues:
- 92087: Changes to the column Display Name in advanced reports cause report processing errors.
- 92054: Google tag ids cannot be linked to pages.
- 91437: Users cannot create Contact Alert templates.
The following issues have been resolved for this release:
- The Marketing Admin - Preference Page permission allows users to edit preference lists.
- Invalid templates can be used with Alert action elements in nurtures.
- Minor localization issues.
- Minor security issues.
