Sugar's Connector for DocuSign® allows users to request signatures on documents directly from Sugar records. This article covers the administrator's configuration of the DocuSign connector, which must be completed before users can use the connector. Sugar's Dropbox connector allows users to sync files between SugarCRM and Dropbox, and, beginning with Sugar 12.1.0, access Dropbox files via the Cloud Drive dashlet.
Sugar's Dropbox connector allows users to sync files between SugarCRM and Dropbox. This article covers enabling the connector for user accounts. While this article covers the necessary steps for end users to take, an administrator must have first configured the Dropbox connector for the instance as described in the Integrating With Dropbox for Admins article.
Sugar's Google connector allows users to import their Google contacts to Sugar (for Sugar versions 14.0 and higher), link documents in Sugar to documents stored on the Google Drive online storage service, and beginning with Sugar 12.0.0, access Google Drive files via the Cloud Drive dashlet. Beginning with versions 10.0.3 and 9.0.5, the connector also allows Sugar to connect to Google mail via OAuth2 when the system email settings, outgoing user email accounts, and inbound mail accounts are configured.

Sugar's Connector for GoToMeeting® allows users to initiate or join a GoToMeeting session directly from within Sugar's Meetings module. This article covers the administrator's configuration of the GoToMeeting connector, which must be completed before users can enable and use the connector. Administrators can configure the Microsoft connector via Admin > Connectors to allow Sugar to connect to the Microsoft API Services via OAuth2 to send outbound emails, receive inbound emails, or access Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint. This article will cover the administrator's configuration of the Microsoft connector which must be completed before you can configure the email settings in Sugar for Exchange Online or the Cloud Drive settings. Information on enabling the connector for user accounts and utilizing the Microsoft connector is available in the Integrating With Microsoft for End Users article. For more information on configuring the system's outbound email settings, system inbound email accounts, and the outgoing user email accounts, refer to the Email and Emails documentation. If you are seeing inconsistent Hint Insights notifications, it may be related to an on-site clone of your Sugar instance. If not cloned properly, instances with Hint installed may experience issues with the Hint Insights functionality.
When using Sugar Hint, particularly after an upgrade to Hint, you may encounter a "Field Render Failed" error message or find that the Hint panel does not display and retrieve enhanced data as expected. This is often caused by outdated data in your browser's cache.
