Customer Journey Plug-in 4.4.0 Release Notes
Overview
This document describes any new features, enhancements to existing features, fixed issues, and known issues for the 4.4.0 release of the Customer Journey Plug-in™ by Addoptify. For more information on installing and activating the plug-in, please refer to the Customer Journey Plug-in Installation Guide.
Feature Enhancements
The following feature enhancements are included in this release of the Customer Journey Plug-in:
- Completely redesigned template designer : Now create Customer Journey templates from a single design view with intuitive drag-and-drop capabilities for reordering stages and activities.
- Importing templates : Admins can now import Customer Journey templates including all related stages and activities via the actions menu in the Customer Journey Templates module tab. Import can be used to upload new templates or update existing templates that have been edited in another instance.
- Customer Journey dashlet availability : The Customer Journey dashlet can now be added to the Customer Journey module's intelligence pane.
- Improved demo templates : A new set of Customer Journey templates are included with this version. The new templates apply real-world use case scenarios and demonstrate a more diverse sampling of journey activities.
- Relative start dates for calls and meetings : Previously available only for Task activities, the "Days From Stage Started" and "Days From Previous Activity Completed" options are now available for Meeting and Call activities' start dates.
- Mass update "Active" flag for Journey templates : Admins can enable or disable templates via the list-view mass actions menu.
- Auto-expand new Customer Journeys : When starting a journey, the Customer Journey panel will now automatically expand if it was previously closed.
- Preview activities : A quick-preview action has been added to the activities in the Customer Journey panel.

Fixed Issues
The following issues have been resolved in this release of the Customer Journey Plug-in:
- Tasks assume odd numbers when updated.
- When a journey is deleted, an empty journey remains.
- Template activity counts do not always show the correct number.
- Points and score values are not always displayed properly in the Customer Journey panel.
