This document describes any new features, enhancements to existing features, fixed issues, and known issues for the 4.7.2 release of the Customer Journey Plug-in™ by Addoptify.

The following feature enhancements are included in this release of the Customer Journey Plug-in:

Fixed Issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release of the Customer Journey Plug-in. Case Portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

  • 81226 : Some instances may experience a caching issue when installing the connector.
  • 80530 : Customer journey templates with more than 67 activities may not work as expected.

Known Issues

The following are known issues in this release of the Customer Journey Plug-in. Case Portal users can use the following links for more details about each issue:

  • 81170 : Default values are incorrectly populated for due-date fields on journey activity templates.
  • 80312 : The related sub-activities do not carry over when using a customer journey stage template to add a stage to a journey.
  • 80169 : Unrelated entries appear in the Customer Journey panel when there is a calculated formula in the record view.
